We are well traveled and currently on a cross country drive. We stopped here for breakfast based on another review. This is a no frills little restaurant. The food is FANTASTIC! This was easily the best Chicken Fried Steak I’ve ever had anywhere! Everything else was cooked to perfection and as ordered. The biscuits were light and fluffy with a toasty buttery bottom that maintains the flakiness. The sausage gravy is home made here daily and is full of sausage and flavor. Hash browns are fresh and crispy and not at all greasy. Eggs cooked as ordered. We’re here for three more days! Can’t wait for breakfast tomorrow! I’ll see my cardiologist AFTER vacation! Lol!

A little drive to Paola was well worth it! The service was exceptional and one of the few places that make scratch made gravy! The biscuits were light and buttery and the hash browns rocked!!! Joe and crew are doing great things at Circle C Cafe!!

Great place, small town eatery with great staff. Food is as to be expected, great just like this town! My waitress today put to shame other wait staff I've experienced at fine dining restaurants in the city. Lillyth was my server and was incredibly attentive to not only my dining experience but to a resturant FULL of other diners. Rest assured, I will be a returning customer! Lillyth, thank you for your attentiveness and professionalism! Really impressive wait staff / server!

Great staff, great food! The CheeseSteak is my favorite. It kinda tastes like an old-school fresh White Castle Cheeseburger, not the frozen kind, but Way better. I love the variety of food to choose from and the prices. Highly recommended

Excellent food and coffee. We've been for breakfast about a dozen times, food is always hot and made to order. We love the Santa Fe Trail (fantastic salsa), the breakfast sandwich and the french toast is some of the best I've ever had. A small town diner style cafe, friendly service, always busy. Highly recommend.
